IN-CAP Tablet-Feeder

Automatisches Abfüllmodul zur Dosierung von Kapseln, Tabletten und Mini-Tabletten in Hartkapseln. Die Tabletten-Abfüllstation kann auf dem freien Modulplatz der automatischen Kapselfüllmaschine IN-CAP montiert werden.

Das Füllmodul eignet sich bestens für Blindchargen im klinischen Sektor. Über die Steuereinheit der Tabletten-Dosierstation wird die Sollanzahl an Objekten je Kapsel festgelegt. Anschließend arbeitet das Modul vollautomatisch und befüllt jede geöffnete Hartgelatine- oder HPMC-Leerkapsel mit der gewünschten Anzahl an Tabletten oder Mini-Tabletten. Über angebrachte Sensoren wird der Zähl- und Abfüllvorgang stetig kontrolliert und im Fehlerfall die Kapselfüllmaschine gestoppt sowie der Bediener durch ein Alarmsignal mit Textmeldung informiert.

Durch die Werkzeuglose Demontage kann das Zählmodul leicht nach Anwendung gereinigt werden. Alle Teile sind in Edelstahl gefertigt und werden inkl. Material-Zertifikaten, Oberflächenberechnung und Rauhigkeits-Bestimmung geliefert. Neben der Anwendung auf der IN-CAP Kapselfüllmaschine kann das Tablet-Feeder Modul auch auf anderen Maschinen wie z.B. Sachet-Abfüllmaschinen (Siegelrandbeutelmaschinen) montiert werden.
